Blood  donation Camp was organized at  SPIPS by Red  Cross  Society (MGM  Hospital).

Students  and Faculty  of  SPIPS actively participated and donated blood.

SPIPS STUDENTS AT KAKATIYA YOUTH FESTIVAL DURING 5-6th OCTOBER 2013

Kakatiya Youth Festival was held at Arts College Auditorium during Oct 5-6, 2013. Thirty students of B. Pharmacy final year were participated in various competitions like Elocution, Essay Writing and Poster Painting. Bhargava won the first prize in elocution on
“Kakatiya’s Architecture” and Kiran Kumar Nakka won the first prize in poster painting on “Kakatiya’s Culture”.

SPIPS STUDENTS HAWA AT RECIPE-2013 AT KU HELD ON 15-16th NOVEMBER 2013.

RECEIPE - 2013 Pharma Fest held in Kakatiya University on Nov 15-16, 2013. Students from 20 different pharmacy colleges under Kakatiya University participated in various events. SPIPS students participated in 9 events of which 8 prizes were bagged by them.
SPIPS at AAPS AM - 2013
Md. Munawar Ali, M. Pharm.(Pharmaceutics) student attended American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) Annual Meeting and Exposition -2013 held at Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Centre, San Antonio, Tx, USA, from November 10 -14,2013. He presented a poster entitled “Improvement in Solubility of Agomelatine by Solid Self-Emulsifying Drug Delivery Systems”. Mr. Md. Munawar Ali received a travel grant of Rs 50,000/- from the IPA-Shri Ramanabhai Patel Foundation (IRF) for attending AAPS.

SPIPS at PHARMASAGRA -2014 held on Jan 9-10, 2014
SPIPS students have presented their papers and participated in pharma quiz at Pharmasagra 2K14, conducted at Vaageswari Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Karimnagar on Jan 9-10, 2014. There were around 13 oral presentations and 6 poster presentations. SPIPS students are honored with best oral presentation, best poster presentation and first prize in pharma quiz.

D. 6th year student attended the Recent Advances in Cardiovascular Sciences 2014 held at DIPSAR, New Delhi on Jan 31 and Feb 1, 2014 and made an oral presentation entitled “Health Related Quality Of Life In Hypertensive Patients Through Modified Questionnaire - A Prospective Evaluation In A Tertiary Care Setup’’

SPIPS at IACP Convention, Bengaluru held on 21-22 February 2014
Mr. T. Jayapal Reddy, Dr. Rao Vadlamudi, Dr. Suresh Bandari, Dr. K. Venkateshwarlu, Mr. V. Sangram, 
Ms. Shyli, Ms. V. Manasa Veena, Md. Munawar Ali and around 40 studentsrepresented SPIPS at Inaugural Convention of IACP held at Bengaluru on 21-22 Feb, 2014 and presented their papers. Mr. Jayapal Reddy gave a talk entitled “Challenges in implementation of Pharm. D. Regulations”. Dr. Suresh Bandari was the convenor of venue committee.
The National Service Scheme (N.S.S) wing of St. Peter’s Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Hanamkonda has organized a one week special camp at Hasanparthy Mandal,Warangal District, with auspices of NSS,
Kakatiya University, Warangal. The program included many welfare and awareness activities to the people in the rural area of Hasanparthy.
The program was inaugurated on March 24, 2014 by Dr. Sureshlal, NSS Coordinator of Kakatiya University

Day-1 program :
on March 24, World TB Day, TB awareness campaign
Day-2 program : The Blood Group Identification program was conducted.
Day-3 program : HIV-AIDS awareness campaign was held
Day-4 program : Sanitation and Personal Hygiene Awareness
Day-5 program : Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (C.P.R), Automated External Defibrillator (A.E.D) usage.
Day-6 program : Medical camp was conducted by Dr. Saini Venkateswarlu, renowned Diabetologist and the people were tested for blood glucose levels, blood pressure.
SPIPS Conducted One Week NSS Special Camp at Hasanparthy
Mr. P. Rajasekhar, Asst. Professor, Department of Pharmaceutics, SPIPS and around 5 students of M. Pharm. and Pharm. D. represented SPIPS at “International Conference on Drugs for the Future: Infectious Diseases (DFID)” conducted at NIPER, Hyderabad on March 27 & 28, 2014 and presented their research papers.

Ms.Allison McFerran, Mr.Timothy Finlayson, Ms.Alicia DiAntonio and Mr.Jordan Wanner from Findlay University, Ohio, United States of America have visited St.Peter's to carry out their internship (PharmD VI Yr.) from  19th JULY to 30th JULY 2015 under Student Exchange Program.  Prof.M Chandra Sekhar, Findlay University has accompanied the team.  The program was being inaugurated by Prof.Ranga Rao, Registrar, Kakatiya University.

St.Peter s along with IPA Hanamkonda Local Branch and  University of Findlay have conducted a Blood Identification Camp on 24th June, 2016 at Kakatiya University Grounds, Warangal.  Students from Findlay University have also participated in the program along with Prof.Chandrasekhar, University of Findlay and students of PharmD from St.Peter s.
